We’ve looked into the inconsistencies you raised and have recently made updates to ensure the available balances shown across both the app and web are now consistent.
Here’s a quick overview of how available balances are shown:
- On the Kismet web or app platform: The available balance always reflects the most up-to-date information. It includes the total budget minus all invoices - whether paid or still pending.
- On the statement: The available reflects the information at the time the statement is generated. It only includes invoices that have been paid, not those still pending.
