please implement the upload invoice feature, this platform means nothing without such a feature. I'm forced to email invoices and then look for them on the kismet platform, when the agency finds the time to process them. please let people upload their invoices. please do the minimums required from such a software....you're providing for people with many disabilities and disadvantages, why are you making it so hard on them. please implement the upload invoice ....

On the online Dashboard you can't view Allocated/Quarantine funds. This should be something contacts can review in the Web version as well as the App. They do show in the App

I was thinking of changing Plan Manager but your app was so user friendly I was happy to continue with your service. Why did you change everything - if it wasn’t broken why change it. I am so frustrated I could open the app and clearly see the budget : underspend/overspend: invoices pending & paid.

Well done! It allows you to get to places in multiple ways so caters well for different thought processes. Just one little thing if you think you need it - I just rejected an invoice because the provider did not charge correctly. However, there was no chance to put in a reason for the rejection. This is something you've had in past systems. I don't know if that has been to help you or to be like a note for the participant/carer to know why they rejected it. So I just thought I would bring it to your attention in case it has slipped through the cracks. It is possible that is still coming though, I guess. Thanks for all your work on this system. It's much appreciated. I hate the Canny feedback system though.
