Funding in Navigator vs the App

I spoke with a mum last week, who wanted to confirm her total funding available. The app indicated that there was $13,000 (roughly) available, however, Navigator was showing $18,000 (roughly). The 'missing' funding appeared to be what had been allocated. It looks like the app doesn't reflect any allocated funding.

We’ve recently made some updates to ensure the available balances shown in both the app and web are consistent. The available balance reflects the total budget minus all invoices that are either spent or still pending.
