This is a disaster for me WHY did you change it’s not easier it’s painful
I was thinking of changing Plan Manager but your app was so user friendly I was happy to continue with your service. Why did you change everything - if it wasn’t broken why change it. I am so frustrated I could open the app and clearly see the budget : underspend/overspend: invoices pending & paid.

In general the system is looking really good.
Well done! It allows you to get to places in multiple ways so caters well for different thought processes. Just one little thing if you think you need it - I just rejected an invoice because the provider did not charge correctly. However, there was no chance to put in a reason for the rejection. This is something you've had in past systems. I don't know if that has been to help you or to be like a note for the participant/carer to know why they rejected it. So I just thought I would bring it to your attention in case it has slipped through the cracks. It is possible that is still coming though, I guess. Thanks for all your work on this system. It's much appreciated. I hate the Canny feedback system though.
