Well done! It allows you to get to places in multiple ways so caters well for different thought processes. Just one little thing if you think you need it - I just rejected an invoice because the provider did not charge correctly. However, there was no chance to put in a reason for the rejection. This is something you've had in past systems. I don't know if that has been to help you or to be like a note for the participant/carer to know why they rejected it. So I just thought I would bring it to your attention in case it has slipped through the cracks. It is possible that is still coming though, I guess. Thanks for all your work on this system. It's much appreciated. I hate the Canny feedback system though.
